PESANAN ABADI

Hidupnya insan tiada yang abadi
Menunggu saat pangilan azali
Hilanglah nafas tak bergerak lagi
Tanah perkuburan kita bersemadi

Ya Tuhan, Ya Allah,
Ya Rahman ampuni kami

Mayat terbujur telah dikafan
Dibawa pergi sanak saudara
Di kubur tempat akhir pesanan
Tinggal di dalam gelap gelita

Ya Tuhan, Ya Allah,
Ya Rahman ampuni kami

Talkin dibaca ingatan diberi
Kepada semua yang hidup lagi
Jadikan tauladan kesedaran diri
Kubur yang sempit siksa sekali

Kala subuh telah bersinar
Daku datang untuk berdoa
Kala sang suria bersinar memancar
Daku datang sujud dan memuja

Hidupku pasrah kepada-Mu
Ibadahku hanya untuk-Mu
Ku sebut nama-Mu, Allahu Akbar

Ku harap pada-Mu semata
Sebelum jasad menjadi tanah
Hapuskan segala dosa
Disengaja atau tiada

Tuhanku ku pohon restu-Mu
Perjuanganku hanya untuk-Mu
Ku sebut nama-Mu, Allahu Akbar

Ku harap hidayah dari-Mu
Dalam menempuh jalan hidupku
Cintaku hanya untuk-Mu
Kebahagiaan yang ku harapkan

PELITA HIDUP

Hidup ini bagai lampu dinding
Yang dinyalakan di malam hari
Apabila minyak sudah kering
Iakan pasti padam sendiri

Demikian juga hidup manusia
Selama hidup di dunia ini
Bila dah cukup umur usia
Putuslah hubungan di sana-sini

Setelah kita tinggalkan dunia
Alam yang lain pula menanti
Apakah kita dapat kurnia
Itu melihat amal dan bakti

Di sana insan cemas dan bimbang
Tak dapat lagi buat alasan
Buruk dan baik akan ditimbang
Kedua-duanya dapat balasan
